Scrawler is designed as a desktop software product. We do not passively spy on, track, or sell your local usage, files, or personal content created within the Software. Any telemetry or license validation checks performed by Scrawler are strictly used to verify valid license status and support basic trial period mechanics.

We employ commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information (such as license key records and support communications) against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Limitation of Security Guarantees ("Stuff May Happen")

• You acknowledge and agree that GraffitiSuite Solutions cannot guarantee absolute, foolproof security against all potential risks.
• We cannot control, and shall not be held liable for, unauthorized third-party access, hardware or software failures, security breaches outside our reasonable control, zero-day vulnerabilities, intercepting transmissions over public networks, or actions taken by third parties like FastSpring or your internet service provider.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device, credentials, and license keys.
