Refund Policy

At GraffitiSuite Solutions, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with Scrawler. Because we offer a fully functional 7-day free trial prior to purchase, we encourage all customers to download and test the Software to ensure it meets their needs before buying a license.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Scrawler, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.

• Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days from the purchase date are non-refundable.
• Once a refund is issued, your license key will be permanently deactivated, and you must immediately cease all use of Scrawler and remove it from your systems.

2. Merchant of Record & Refund Processing

All financial transactions, payments, and order fulfillments for Scrawler are handled by our Merchant of Record, FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC).

• To request a refund, you may contact our support or submit a request directly through FastSpring's order support portal using your order ID.
• FastSpring processes approved refunds back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow standard banking processing times for the funds to reflect in your account.

3. Exceptions and Abuse

GraffitiSuite Solutions reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

• The request is made after the 7-day window has expired.
• There is evidence of fraud, license key abuse, or violation of our End-User License Agreement (EULA).
